Aug. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- China’s Vice Premier Li Keqiang announced that China will be increasing sales of off-shore bonds, backing the utilization of the Yuan in foreign investment in the state. Working towards the goal of having the Yuan as an international currency anchor will reduce the influence of an increasingly unpredictable and fragile US dollar on China. Li went on to say that the backing will be provided to Hong Kong ventures that generate investment in mainland China, continuing to develop Hong Kong as a major economic hub.

Makko Securities Limited’s HK Fund experienced an unprecedented one day uptick of 5.7% on this announcement by the Premier.   Further upward price moves are anticipated when incentives are added to HK industrial projects that attract foreign investments.
