Over 10,000 zip codes in more than 45 states are now covered by Prevail IT field service technicians across the US. Prevail provides in-warranty & extended warranty break/fix services on computer, printer and TV products & IT staffing services.

Aug. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Dallas TX based Prevail IT, a national provider of technical Field Services and IT staffing, has surpassed 10,000 zip codes in his US coverage territory, a company spokesman announced this week.

"We have grown tremendously throughout 2010, and in 2011 thus far.  We’ve has hired well over 200 employees the past year and a half and we are continuing to push into new areas around the US and Canada.", said Dave Clark, company spokesman.

"Our goal is to compete with the major players in the technical field service space, offering the same quality service in Fargo ND, Ukiah CA or Laredo TX that our competitors can only offer in the major metropolitan areas."

Prevail provides field service technical support and break/fix in-home services on Computers, Printers and Televisions, repairing products such as DELL, SONY, IBM, Lexmark, Samsung, Panasonic, Sharp, Vizio, LG, HP, Xerox and other major brands.

"Our solutions for break/fix coverage cover both manufacturer warranty products, and extended warranty products, and focus on doing the work in-home.  WE don’t have the costs associated with our competitors, with massive overhead and low margins.   Although we cover Dallas, Pittsburgh, Washington DC etc...our value proposition includes offering the same quality service in the rural or mid-size areas of the US, virtually without having to maintain physical locations and the costs associated with that overhead.”  

Throughout 2010 and 2011, the company has expanded its IT staffing and consulting offering as well, expanding its sales and marketing team, and resource development capabilities.  Prevail provides IT consulting service in the US, Canada and the UK, primarily within the development space.  "Companies are utilizing contract resources more and more as the economy recovers.  But, if we see another downturn, we should still see strength in the sub-contract space, according to most studies."

Prevail, a Green Company, continues to expand, and anticipates hiring over 100 additional employees through the end of 2011. Expansion plans also include more in-home coverage areas in both rural and urban areas.  The company is targeting other onsite in-home or in-business solutions and products, including more products and models in the computer and LCD and LED space.
