Aug. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- New Hampshire drunk drivers are already facing crackdown by NH police, Sheriff's Department as well as the NH Highway Patrol over the July 4th weekend. Police in New Hampshire are planning further severe DUI enforcement for the holiday. It is in this view Daniel Hynes, N.H. DUI Lawyer, gives insider information that a layman otherwise needs to be aware to avoid a DUI arrest.

The NH DUI Attorney said, “I see this every year; July 4th weekend is an occasion calling for parties at friends. What’s pathetic is, number of people get pulled over by cops and arrested for drunk driving. I reiterate the July 4th holiday season is period when cops come down heavily on DUI enforcement.”

The DUI attorney states, “People aren’t aware that it is around this time of the year that the NH police pull drivers for any and every small violation. Should the police come cracking down with DUI enforcement, they would be testing the drivers for all impaired driving signs. People are aware of the BAC legal limit of 0.08 but what they do not know is that they could be arrested and get convicted for a DUI offense even for being impaired.”

The attorney explains, “New Hampshire is a tough state when it comes to DUI, and should the police sense that your driving look affected even in the slightest way by alcohol, they would come down heavily on you, arresting you for DUI.”

Here are my tips to avoid a DUI arrest in New Hampshire this July 4th weekend:

Do not drive an automobile which has registration issues and don’t drive a car with broken tail light/s which can welcome a patrol cop to pull your car and start an investigation, possibly DUI. Never drive car with expired tags.

Avoid roads that are happening and those roads with many bars as DUI task force will be deployed in such areas.

Drive at optimum speed, do not drive too slow or too fast as both are indicators to police about DUI.

Know about medicines you are taking and drinking. Alcohol with prescription med can be blunder and you could be pulled over and arrested by DUI enforcement police.

“You could avoid getting arrested by following the tips; however if police pull you over, do not complete the SFSTs instead tell the officer you’d like to speak with a DUI lawyer NH before testing, you can decline getting tested and its your right,” says the DUI attorney. “I offer free consultation at (603) 674 – 5183 to everyone seeking my assistance, and they can even email me all 7 days a week and 9 am through 9 pm.
