Stouch Lighting Announces West Chester Will Retrofit Existing Street and Building Lights

Aug. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- West Chester, PA (August 19, 2011) – Stouch Lighting announced today that the Borough of West Chester, Chester County, Pa, has awarded them to supply new LED lighting fixtures at the Municipal Building. The Borough of West Chester will be upgrading parking area lights, wallpacks, spot lights, and all interior sconce, canopy and accent lighting to highly efficient LED technology.  The LED light fixtures will help the Borough of West Chester meet energy reduction goals while increasing quality of light and safety in the parking lot.  

“This new LED lighting will improve the safety around the Borough building as well as reduce energy consumption and energy costs,” Bob Wilpizeski, Director of Public Works stated. “This is one step forward in becoming more energy efficient while increasing productivity for community development.”
West Chester Township received the PA Conservation Works-American Recovery Reinvestment Act Grant, (ARRA) which provided necessary funding for this project.
