Web Application Security – Is Your Web Server Protected?

Aug. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- Markus Hennig, Chief Technology Officer for Astaro - a Sophos company, will deliver keynote presentation "Web Application Security – Is Your Web Server Protected?" at InfoSecurity Russia 2011.
The VIII International InfoSecurity Russia, StorageExpo & Documation Show 2011 will be held on 28 - 30 September 2011 in Moscow, Sokolniki Expo Centre, Hall 4.
Mr. Hennig will explain why protecting your web server is important. He will give examples of hacked high profile companies like Sony, HBGary, and Toshiba and examine the chronology of an attack.
Markus Hennig has over ten years of experience in open source and network security and is an active member of the Linux community. At Astaro, Markus is responsible for research, new technologies and new products.
The presentation will be held on 28 September in Strategic Theatre of the Show at 12.40.
