Gulliver Schools Hires Director of Extended Learning

Aug. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Gulliver Schools has named Janet S. Wiard as the director of extended learning. Her responsibilities will include overseeing the learning centers at the Academy and the Preparatory campuses, extended care, enrichment, after school music lessons and private tutoring arrangements, youth sports, Ocaquatics Swim School, summer camp, and summer school programs.

Wiard has more than 30 years of independent school administrative and teaching experience. For the past 17 years, she served in a variety roles at Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale including English teacher, college guidance counselor, assistant head/academic dean, head of school, and, for the last 9 years, vice president of planning and programs.
