Call Center Certification Program Bolstered by New Two-Day Hands-On Workshop

New Call Center Management Certification Boot Camp now includes the three-day call center management certification course plus a two-day hands-on workshop.

This is especially true in the call center industry, where managers are often evaluated in terms of the efficient execution of service delivery strategies. The result is a 5-day Call Center Management Boot Camp (http://www.the-resource-center.com/SEMINARS/RCC-4.HTM) that covers day-to-day tactical management topics. The one-week accelerated learning program covers the "how to" of tactical contact center management and processes, and it allows attendees to dive deeper into those areas of greatest interest to them. In Boot Camp, the attendees analyze their contact centers' capabilities in each major process area, construct strategic plans, and select and work on improvement projects to move those areas forward.
