About the Fellowship Open The 2011 Fellowship Open Golf Outing will be held on Friday, August 19th at the Silver Springs Country Club. Now in its eleventh year, the Fellowship Open has highlighted and contributed to organizations in the Milwaukee area that support youth and have a real impact on their lives. This year’s Open will honor NFL Hall of Famer, businessman and national leader Willie Davis and civic and community leader Skip Robinson of the Milwaukee Bucks, formerly of the European Professional Basketball League with the Legends and Community Award respectively. The 2011 award recipients are: African World Festival, Milwaukee Summer Reading Program, MPS/UWM Rob Jeter’s Basketball Camps, NAACP – ACTSO Program, PGA Minority Collegiate Scholarship, Usher’s New Look Foundation, V.E. Carter Development Group and the Willie Davis Scholarship Fund. The Fellowship Open's principal objective is to work and support organizations that are having a meaningful and demonstrable difference on the lives of youngsters in the City of Milwaukee.
