“Adidas has a trademark issued on their miCoach name, and they felt that miStrengthCoach was too similar to their mark. Rather than try to fight Adidas in court, we agreed to change the app name to EliteStrengthCoach to eliminate any conflict with their trademark.” Jacob Moore, creator of EliteStrengthCoach.
