Trans City Cab Goes Digital With Taxi Top Ads in 2011

Always ten steps ahead- that's Trans City Cab and they're at it again. We received four new business announcements months ago, and are barely catching up with their demand. Now they have pushed up the due date for this specific announcement...

Aug. 13, 2011 - PRLog -- So why would Trans City Cab want to go ahead and issue a release to the press two months before schedule? Maybe it's because of the buzz on the street that an outsider is moving into the area trying to tap into their very lucrative taxi-top ad business. But what would it matter when everyone knows Trans City Cab is slated to upgrade their original and at that time, the only taxi top ads in Alabama; with up to four ads in 30 seconds on their new and improved 'digital' taxi top display? Yes, the same large digital screens you see on 72 West near Slaughter. Only these will be small enough to fit on a taxi top.

In fact, rumor has it that the primary person who is trying  to do what Trans City has been doing since 2008, is originally from Huntsville- but moved away to live elsewhere for many, many, years. So why are they back? To make money of course, off of our communities and businesses.

Trans City has always been giving back to the community, the same community that invested in their company back in 2006, and gave the company a full photo and write up in the very prestigious Huntsville Times Newspaper. So beware of visitors or those moving back home promising big profits, by allowing them to install and advertise on your vehicle windows and for taxi cab owner/operators and taxi cab fleet owners; on your cab fleets' windows and taxi tops. Trans City Cab has offered the same since 2007/2008 for much more than the newcomer is charging. According to rumors, this newcomer is only wanting to give you 30% of all of the ad sales revenue. Does that sound fair for the cheap equipment that will be installed, according to the word on the street? And who regulates these taxi top ad holders and determines if they meet Alabama Standards?

Trans City believes in doing things the right way the first time. They received formal approval from the City of Huntsville and Madison, Alabama years ago when they broke barriers between city officials, in order to have the first official taxi-top ad approved in the first place. Did the newcomer do the same? I've investigated this matter and learned that they were definitely not modeled after Trans City's. Trans City uses only the best and have always given you the same since day one. In addition Trans City had their actual ads approved likewise!

Therefore, we urge you to proceed with caution when it comes to taxi top ad sales people whom you do not know! If they're not going through the proper motions, who's to say they won't cause you to sign an agreement, have the supposedly cheap equipment installed  putting holes in your roof; only for the city to have you remove them because they are not approved?

And did someone say three-sided ad holders? That should be interesting given the advertisement regulations. I'm not going to tip off the people trying to roll Trans City Cab in the first ever Alabama Taxi Top Advert Business, but here's a hint; REGULATIONS... APPROVAL... AND...

Enough about the would be competitor, here's what Trans City Cab has offered from day one since their official approval of the first Alabama Taxi top Ad Holder;

For everyone - private car owners, taxi cab vehicle owners/operators and taxi cab company fleet owners...

* Free taxi top ad holder installation
(great quality, approved by both Huntsville and Madison City)

* 35% minimum return on advertisement sales proceeds
(Supposed competitor is offering only %30/Max from what we're told by an inside observer)

* Free ad design work by professional degreed design artists

* Free Online Commercial (very cool, I've seen some)

* And so on!

You've seen Trans City Cab's taxi top ads before- here as well as in Tennessee. Here is a portfolio of either current or former advertisers. I don't want to give too much information and put Trans City on the spot about their contracts, so we will only mention a few! Others are too lucrative to mention and are still pending. Here is a glimpse into the future of Trans City Cab;

* Verizon Wireless (Affiliate Sales)
* RBC Bank  (New Accounts Wanted)
* City of Madison, AL (Current) Don't Drink and Drive Efforts
* Concierge at Providence (Current/Ongoing) Engineering Services
* Jimmy's Lounge (Current)
* Phuket (Current/Ongoing) Thai Restaurant

Upcoming

* AirTran Airlines (Pending)
* Northrop Grumman (Pending)

And so many more.

Don't go with a lesser option, go with Trans City Cab; they are 'Simply the Best Around'
