We are highly service driven and continuously strive to understand the frustrations and irritations that our clients face when dealing with security service providers.

Having identified these problems Reinpro does not only provide a service but specialise in ensuring a proper and exceptional after-sales and support. As part of the service provided we include continuous on-site training, moral driven motivation and frequent evaluations of our staff’s performance. If there is none, or a lack of after-sales service, security officers tend to become undisciplined and slack in the performance of their standard operational procedures. This causes clients to waste their valuable time in sorting sort out security problems that should not have been there in the first place. We believe that our clients must have the opportunity to focus on their own tasks and therefore we ensure constant day and night visits from a highly trained inspector and management. We insist on having weekly meetings with clients to ensure we identify problems before they become a threat.


In Addition we provide at an extra cost, a highly detailed risk analysis. The results of this analysis are handed to our client by way of a detailed report which will allow them to ensure risks are minimised as soon as possible. Statistically about 65% of all financial losses are due to illegal and unauthorised internal acts, these range from well organised syndicates, employees that illegally remove or abuse office equipment, loss of productivity and unproductive employees.
