Dominican Native, Representing the Nation’s Capitol, is Crowned Ms. Belleza Latina
Pageant newcomer Alba Yuliza Encarnacion wowed the audience and judges to become Ms. Belleza Latina 2012 in Chicago at the North Shore Theatre for the Performing Arts.
