First 3 management speakers announced for Thinkers50 Summit in London 2011

The first 3 of 4 speakers who will be presenting at the Thinkers50 Summit in November 2011 have been announced.
 
Aug. 10, 2011 - PRLog -- Benchmark for Business and Thinkers50 are delighted to announce that the first 3 of 4 speakers have been confirmed for the Thinkers50 Summit which will be taking place at the Lancaster Hotel in London on the 14th & 15th November.

The 2011 winner of the Thinkers50 will be announced at the awards diner on the evening of the 14th November.

Along side a number of well respected authors and management speakers who will be in attendance at the summit, the following thinkers will be speaking at the conference on th15th November:

1. Vijay Govindarajan - Regarded as one of the world’s leading experts on strategy and innovation, Vijay works with CEOs and top management teams in Global Fortune 500 firms to discuss, challenge, and escalate their thinking about strategy.

In the last Thinkers 50 listing in 2009, Vijay was ranked number 24.

2. Costas Markides - Professor Markides is without a doubt one of Europe's most experienced and respected global business strategists. During his presentation Costas will focus on the subject of his upcoming book on decentralised change where he will explore the concept that change happens when someone commits to a new way of doing things and leads others to do the same.

Costas has been ranked in the Thinkers50 list since 2005.

3. Marshall Goldsmith - Dr. Marshall Goldsmith is a world authority in helping successful leaders get even better – by achieving positive, lasting change in behavior: for themselves, their people and their teams.  His book What Got You Here Won’t Get You There is a New York Timesbest seller, Wall Street Journal #1 business book and winner of the Harold Longman award for Best Business Book of the Year.  It has been translated into 23 languages and is a top ten best seller in six different countries.

Marshall Goldsmith was placed 14th in the 2009 Thinkers50 ranking.
