FEM now supplies Hamilton Beach Tempest blender with additional in-counter kit

Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) is the sole UK importer for the powerful, high performance Hamilton Beach Tempest blender. The Tempest is ideal for high-volume businesses and is capable of making a delicious 0.5 litre smoothie or cocktail in just 12 seconds. Now the super-fast Tempest blender is available from FEM with an additional in-counter kit.
The Tempest in-counter kit enables the blender to be set into the counter-top. This reduces the height of the unit, making it perfect to fit in sites where space is restricted, for example underneath mounted wall units, whilst also keeping the blender ready and close to hand for frequent use.
The Tempest’s efficient ‘Wave-Action’ blending system uses the shape of the container and blades to continually force the mixture down.  This, for example, blends the ice and fruit in a smoothie to a creamy, lump-free profile. A durable, two-speed, 3 Hp motor gives a powerful pulsing action to crush full ice cubes in seconds. The Tempest's 1.9 litre stackable container is made from break-resistant polycarbonate, with easy-to-read measurement marks to help produce delicious and consistent drinks.
For safety a red light indicates when the container is not correctly attached to the blender, a temperature gauge alerts the operator if the motor overheats and rubber feet hold the blender steady. The blender is also fitted with a timer, which automatically turns the blender off after a preset time, freeing staff up for other tasks and preventing the motor from burning out.
The Tempest blender and the Tempest in-counter kit are available from FEM with a two-years or 20,000 cycles (whichever comes first) parts and labour warranty.
