Five tips to avoid sore back muscles associated with an arthritic back or sore lower back muscles
Millions of people deal with sore back muscles every day. These five tips can help people who suffer from an arthritic back or have sore lower back muscles.
The pain comes in all shapes and sizes. There's lower back pains, muscle spasms and shoulder soreness that drains down to the back. In some instances, like when a person suffers from an arthritic back, people know why their back hurts. In many other cases the sore back muscles suddenly appeared out of nowhere and they don't know how to make them stop hurting.
One of the best ways to get rid of back pain is to rub a little Penetran+Plus on the area. Penetran's unique formula speeds relief to sore back muscles, eliminating that sore back.
As good as Penetran is at relieving pain, it can't actually prevent back injury. With that in mind, here are five simple things that can keep a back feeling its best.
Mind your posture: Children are taught to have good posture, but in most cases parents are correcting standing posture. Nowadays, adults spend so much time sitting at desks working on computers and that can lead to sore lower back muscles. Set up a desk in the most ergonomic way possible and take frequent breaks, even if they are simply to walk around the office. Posture is also important when lifting or carrying items. It doesn't matter how heavy they are. Even some of the lightest items can surprise the spine and lead to sore lower back muscles if lifted improperly. Lift with the knees first.
Support: An ergonomic chair is nice, but if it isn't adjusted to fit each individual body the chair won't help too much. Make sure your lower back support is firm, the arm rests are the right level and if there is a head rest adjust it to the proper level.
Stretch: Sometimes all it takes to relieve arthritic back soreness is a little stretching. When stretching sore lower back muscles, go slowly and smoothly. Quick jerking motions can actually cause back injuries.
Exercise: It's an important part of keeping many parts of the body in shape, and the back is no different. Aside from helping to lose a few pounds, exercise can build the back muscles making them more resistant to injury. Strong back muscles are less likely to become sore back muscles.
Wear quality shoes: This may seem simple, but shoes with shock absorbing soles will cushion the body when walking and help avoid putting extra strain on the back. Ever notice a correlation between wearing a certain pair of shoes and sore back muscles the next day? Stop wearing those shoes.
Following these five guidelines can help reduce sore lower back muscles, even those brought on by an arthritic back, but they will never eliminate it. That's why it's a good idea to keep Penetran around just in case. Why endure back pain any longer than needed?
