The Retail Bus Tour rolls through Palm Beach County, FL

Aug. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- Boca Raton, FL – August 9, 2011 -- The Retail Bus Tour, Inc. (http://www.retailbustour.com), a new marketing and networking event specifically designed for the shopping center industry made another stop in South Florida as it toured Palm Beach County on July 28.  The company has announced the next Tour will be taking place in Broward County on October 20, 2011.

During the most recent Palm Beach County Tour, there were over 160 property owners, brokers and retail tenants that spent their day networking as well as visiting almost 40 retail shopping centers in the market. Following the police escorts all day, were three chartered buses each with "on-board" moderators guiding attendees through the retail properties, providing information on each property, including rental rates, existing and upcoming vacancies and future redevelopment plans. The Bus Tour, which costs $99 per attendee, includes a sponsored breakfast and lunch and will conclude with a cocktail and networking reception for all registered participants along with two additional stops for refreshments in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon.  The day began at the Boca Center with breakfast catered by Panera Bread and all attendees returned at 5:00pm for a 2 hour networking and cocktail reception sponsored by Rocco’s Tacos at the same property.  All attendees received a Backpack filled with give-away items provided by various sponsors along with a Tour-Book complete with market data, property brochures and detailed descriptions of the centers showcased on the Tour and a section called “Expanding Retailers” – detailing the expansion plans, site criteria and contact personnel for over 80 national, regional and local retailers.
