Aug. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Missing Eviction Records on Your Reports?

Real ID unveils its Enhanced Landlord Search to better equip property management groups in determining true applicant evictions. The matching algorithm utilizes the individual's Social Security Number, Address, AND Previous Address information to identify 'Matches' versus 'Possible Matches,' while searching over 35 million records. The report then summarizes the findings in an easy to read report. Lastly, each case is color coded to allow the user to easily identify and review ALL returned cases.

Problem: Prospective Applicant, ‘John Smith’, applies to rent an apartment from ABC Management. When processing the applicant’s eviction search, the leasing agent notes 86 records! What is the leasing agent to do?

Cause: When a landlord is filing a judgment against someone, they are not required to enter the individual’s social security number. Nearly 35 percent of filings, if not more, do not contain the individual’s ssn.

Solution: Real ID’s Enhanced Landlord Eviction Search matches multiple up against multiple data sources, sorts thru the data, and displays the most updated and accurate information.
