Award winning author and publisher, Ramona Moreno Winner, can be found at one of 42
airports nationwide selling and signing her popular children’s book: Lucas and His Loco
Beans, a tale of the Mexican jumping bean through the month of November.

The Paradies Gift Shops prepared for the Mexican jumping bean season by ordering over
2000 copies of Ramona’s book for sale at their stores. “Place copies of my book beside
boxes of jumping beans, and they sell themselves.” commented Mrs. Winner. “Sales at
airport giftshops have been strong for the past two years. Once children and adults are attracted by the beans, they need to know what makes them jump.”
