360clean Hosts Franchisee Conference

Aug. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- 360clean recently introduced a new certification program that is the first of it's kind for the janitorial franchise industry.  The certification involves many components and one of the components is participation in Regional Franchisee Conferences.  The certification classifies which 360clean franchisees are permitted to assume medical clients.

"We are always striving to create ways to further educate our franchisees while further separating how we operate at 360clean in comparison to the traditional janitorial franchise organizations," said Barry Bodiford, Founder & CEO of 360clean.

The conference involved education regarding the JaniMed System, which is the 360clean specialized approach to janitorial services.  More importantly, the conference was focused on the E-Myth subject of "Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work and What To Do About It".  

"Cleaning is the easier part of our business.  We want to continue to educate our franchisees on the 'how to' of developing a successful business that also provides the franchisee with a quality of life.  That's important and something that is overlooked by a majority of business owners," said Bodiford.  Bodiford added, "so many times business owners get so involved in the day-to-day and they forget why they decided to own their own business".
