Realty Funding Partners Appoints Saundra Courteman as Team Leader in Marina Del Rey, CA

Saundra have a very broad background in customer service from McDonald's, where her favorite job was serving bagels and coffee, to professional management, serving 19 years  in customer service for a medical center and hospital.

Private lenders such as private equity firms and wealthy individuals, with billions of dollars to invest, are moving aggressively to fill the vacuum left by conventional lenders in funding projects in untapped commercial markets said Dr. Elam.

“Our goal is to become the largest net branch company in the industry.” said Dr. Elam. He pointed out that the company now has many associates throughout the nation and the next step is to open funding centers in all major metropolitan areas in the U.S.

"I've joined RFP much like I did when I applied for my favorite job serving bagels and coffee," Saundra said. " I did not know if I would fit in or if I would even like this opportunity.  I heard about the opportunity from a great gal, an acquaintance who is now my Branch Manager.  The day she called me I just knew I wanted to work with her but I did not want to be a sales person.  I listened to the RFP management team and realized this assignment was about finding people who need RFP  services. I knew then I fit the qualification," she added.
