Aqua Management, Inc. Brings Data Industrial and Toro Flow Meter Data to the Cloud with Release of T

Aug. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- LAS VEGAS – Today, Aqua Management, Inc. announced the release of their Aqua Totalizer™ product.  The product is designed to bring flow information from Data Industrial and Toro flow sensors to “the cloud” through Aqua Management’s patented cloud/web based water management system.

The Aqua Totalizer™ is a simple plug in add on to an existing Aqua Management irrigation controller.  The device translates frequency flow from Data Industrial and Toro flow sensors to pulses.  This translation allows that data to be sent via the cellular network to the Aqua Management Cloud Servers where the data can then be accessed and manipulated.  This data can then be used for flow management, leak detection and automatic alerts through the Aqua Management system.  The product allows for more precise measuring of the amount of water being used by having the capability toset the K and offset factors remotely through the Cloud.

“We firmly believe that you can’t conserve water if you can’t measure it.  The Aqua Totalizer™ allows our customers to put that flow data on-line using their existing flow sensors where they can now detect leaks, high flow, low flow or any anomalies in the system.  This allows for alerts and remote shut off, which at the end of the day can equal an incredible amount of water saving for our customers.  We have also priced it where it is affordable, about $200 for the device,” Drake added.
