Crystal Technologies Group VP Operations Chosen as Judge for American Business Awards

Aug. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- WEST CHESTER, PA – August 4, 2011 – Michael Spurlin, VP of Operations for Crystal Technologies Group, served as one of seven judges for the 2011 American Business Awards Customer Service category. The awards, also known as the Stevie Awards, were announced on June 20, 2011 at an awards banquet in New York City.

Spurlin served on the final judging committee with other senior executives from corporations such as Verizon, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Broadview Networks and the Wyndham Hotel Group. “It was an honor to be chosen to participate in the judging of the 2011 Customer Service Stevie Awards,” said Spurlin. “Customer service is an important component of our mission at Crystal, so reviewing these varied success stories illustrates how much service matters in every industry.”

The 2011 Customer Service award winners span a range of industries and include market leaders like IBM Netezza, Dell, LifeLock, Internap Network Services, CIGNA and UnitedHealth Group.
