Environmental Quality Enforcement and Compliance Veteran Joins the Growing Team at Clark Seif Clark

Aug. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Clark Seif Clark is pleased to announce that Randy Ballard has accepted the position of industrial hygienist at the company’s Phoenix, Arizona office.  Mr. Ballard has been involved in the fields of geology and environmental science for over 20 years.  

Mr. Ballard is a U.S. Navy veteran. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, Southern Illinois University at Carbondale for his Bachelor of Science in Geology and Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville for his Master of Science in Environmental Studies. After working briefly as a field archeologist, Mr. Ballard worked as a cartographer for the United States Department of Defense. He began his environmental career as a Solid Waste Inspector for the State of Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and for the State of Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.  During most of the last seven years, Mr. Ballard worked at the Maricopa County Air Quality Department as Enforcement Supervisor and Compliance Supervisor. In 2007 his Enforcement Division was awarded the Environmental Award for Outstanding Achievement by U.S. EPA.
