SOE Software Appoints Rocky Shirey to CIO and VP of Information Technology
Aug. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Tampa, Fla. – SOE Software has appointed Rocky Shirey to the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice President of Information Technology. Rocky will manage SOE Software’s information technology organization that supports the company’s sales, marketing and services efforts, and corporate Information Technology (IT) processes.

“Rocky will continue his existing responsibilities for managing software development and the day-to-day operations of IT,” said Marc Fratello, Chief Executive Officer. “In addition, Rocky will assume the expanded role of assisting me and the leadership team in the strategic direction for SOE.”

Rocky brings more than 25 years of experience in applications development and IT operations for leading corporations.  In the past, Rocky held management roles at John Hancock and Verizon, supporting several mission-critical applications.
