STAY WYSE Launches New Green Initiative

Aug. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- STAY WYSE, the WYSE Travel Confederation’s sector association representing the youth travel accommodation industry, has just launched its first Green Initiative Award to access the green business operations of the global Youth Travel Accommodation Sector.

The award will recognise the youth accommodation provider that is making the greatest efforts to ensure that its operating practices promote environmentally friendly and sustainable travel around the world.

To enter, participants are required to complete a short survey detailing their current green initiatives. The deadline to complete the survey is August 22, 2011. The winners will be chosen by the STAY WYSE board of directors and the award will be presented at the Industry Award Luncheon on Friday September 23, 2011 at the annual World Youth and Student Travel Conference.
