Luckily due to their advanced technologies experts are finding it easier to tell the difference between a real ID cards and a fake ID cards. Recently criminals are obtaining real government issued ID cards using fake documents. As the documents required to obtain a real fake ID are much easier to forge and the people checking these documents do not notice the forgery documents the real fake ID card gets processed. There are even higher government officials willing to take a bribe to put real fake ID cards through the system.

The way in which the government workers process real fake ID cards is by tampering with the database. The information of the person obtaining the real fake ID card is matched with someone already on the system; they usually use dead persons or baby´s information and alter it on the system to match your information. They will also use the information of a person that is still alive so all of their personal information is robbed. All of the government data is stored on the internet so a very experienced hacker could access the information and change it. These criminals also access the information to commit identity theft.

It costs a lot of money for the person purchasing the real fake ID but is very easy work for these criminals to produce. There needs to be more procedures in place to stop this type of crime taking place.
