The Ghost of William Shakespeare Appearing at the Falstaff Experience

Shakespeare reflects on his life in a play set to music
Aug. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- This August visitors to Stratford upon Avon will have the unique opportunity to see Shakespeare's ghost. The Falstaff Experience located in the heart of Stratford on Sheep Street, is playing host to renowned playwright Den Stevenson's play to music 'The Ghost of William Shakespeare'. Stevenson writer of the critically acclaimed show 'The Bugle Boy' that charts the life and music of Glenn Miller wrote 'The Ghost of William Shakespeare' especially for the Falstaff Experience. The 40 minute one act play is performed by local actor Rob Beddall. The Witches Courtyard Theatre at the Falstaff Experience is ideal for hosting such a dramatic piece. The building described as the most haunted in the country by 'Horrible Histories' author Terry Deary will provide the perfect backdrop for Shakespeare's ghost to reflect upon his life and work. The play first performed at Cox's Yard for the Stratford Fringe Festival to much critical claim has now come to its spiritual home. The dramatic performance combined with special atmosphere of the Falstaff Experience is sure to create an unmissable theatre experience. The play is being performed on the 20th and  21st August at 2:30 pm and tickets are £5.00. To book phone 01789 298 070. More information can be found at
