For American Classic Homes, efelle is creating a brand new property management website design based on market research of other homebuilders and of their target demographic. The design will be modern, accessible, elegant, and robust in features for finding properties.  They are then developing the site design for use with their PropertyFusion product, which was designed specifically for property management, hombuilders, and real estate companies. It gives the manager or realtor the ability to post listings, floor plans, pictures, and control their status (sold, auction, etc.). The property manager has the ability to update all of this information from their end without having to go through a web development team to make changes.
