Introduction to Modern Dance Class

Body & Soul is proud to announce that it is starting on August 9, 2011 from 7-8pm to hold weekly classes at Art Serve. The first offering is by our Artistic Director Sheila Scanlan. Ms. Scanlan has been a performer since the age of 7. She has studies all forms of dance and has had numerous opportunities to share her knowledge with all age groups. She is launching an Introduction to Modern Dance class designed for beginning dancers, actors, and animators who want to understand how the body moves through space. Each weeks class will consist of a warm-up, across the floor activities, and combinations. There may be opportunities to preform as the class progresses. This cost for this class is $10 a session.
