They are also offering a brining kit, which includes the turkey and ranges from £25 - £35 depending on the weight of the turkey.

The concentrated brine is infused with juniper, thyme, rosemary and sage, and added to water to soak the bird for 24 hours and the pack also comes with Herb butter and gravy.

The Chef behind it all Heston Blumenthal said, “Turkey tends to dry out so brining it makes a huge difference."

"Traditionally, brine is 25 per cent salt. I have created a kit with just 6 to 8 per cent salt, which helps retain the water in the meat, keeping it moist and adding flavour."
