Unlike other companies, we manufacture all elements of our studios and homes under the same roof, ensuring quality, aesthetics and complete control, in addition we take care of the whole build from laying the foundations, electrics, to fitting the roof, so you don’t have to!  This approach enables us to offer extremely competitive prices without compromising on quality or materials.  In most cases our builds fall under permitted development meaning planning permission would not be required.

We as a company, aim to deliver a hassle free service to the client. Our garden studios are prefabricated in our factory in Leicestershire, and then delivered to the site therefore minimizing the build time to the minimum, which is typically between 2-4 weeks, depending on the size of the build.

Our eco-friendly approach ensures the design is sustainable, achieved by using natural timber PEFC products complimented by an attractive green sedum roof, in addition, revolutionary concrete plinths comprising of 95% less concrete are used throughout our builds.
