Follow on Google News | Hayashi & Wayland Gives BackOn November 2, 2011 Hayashi & Wayland Accounting, Retirement Plan Services and Wealth Management, will close their offices and send all 100 employees to provide hands-on volunteer service throughout the Central Coast.
By: Jeanette Golomeic Last year, the firm closed its offices in Carmel, King City, Monterey, Paso Robles and Salinas so its workforce could donate more than 600 hours to perform community service for a wide range of Central Coast charities. During “H&W Gives Back,” employees were engaged in activities from preparing food for distribution at a local food bank, deep cleaning a local animal shelter, performing needed repairs at a youth center, prepping and serving lunch at a local homeless kitchen and clearing the land for a structure to be built at a troubled youth campus. If you are a non-profit with offices or a site in Monterey County, and could use some assistance completing a project on November 2nd, please fill out an application to be considered. Applications can or you can call (831) 759-6327 to have one mailed to you End
