(Centennial, CO, USA. July 2011)  -  DIGITAL WAVE CORPORATION ANNOUNCES INSTALLATION OF UE1™ ULTRASONIC EXAMINATION CYLINDER SCANNING SYSTEM AT CRYOGENICS SOLUTIONS FACILITY.

Digital Wave Corporation (www.digitalwavecorp.com) announced today that they delivered and installed a new UE1™ DOT cylinder inspection machine at the Cryogenic Solutions facility in Indianapolis, IN. Cryogenic Solutions specializes in servicing liquid oxygen equipment and working with clients in the Home Health Care industry, but has decided to add ultrasonic cylinder inspection to their list of services. Their new UE machine uses immersion technology to ultrasonically inspect high-pressure gas cylinders to DOT specs. Components include pneumatic tilt table, recyclable water bath tank, drive collar for positively clamping cylinder, and X-Y-Z-H-R scanning bridge for positioning ultrasonic scanning sensor along cylinder wall. Non-contact nature (single transducer design) facilitates calibration time and promotes calibrated performance duration.
