July 26, 2011 - PRLog -- GREENVILLE, SC – Global Location Strategies, the rapidly-growing South Carolina-based site selection and economic development consultancy, has announced the addition of three professionals to its rapidly expanding team.

Joining Global Location Strategies (GLS) as a business analyst is Monty Turner, while Kathleen Moore joins the international site selection consultancy as a senior consultant.  In addition, Angela Nodine joins GLS as an administrative assistant.  All three will be based out of the GLS headquarters in Greenville, South Carolina.

A native of Johannesburg, South Africa, Mr. Turner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Furman University, and an International Baccalaureate Certificate from the American International School of Johannesburg in South Africa.

Prior to joining GLS, with which he had previously interned, Mr. Turner had worked in marketing and sales with Dunlop Sports Group Americas’ North American headquarters developing databases, conducting research and supporting day-to-day logistics and operations.  He will provide research, analysis and support services to GLS’ portfolio of international site selection and incentive negotiation clients.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Ms. Moore holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University, as well as an International Master of Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of the University of South Carolina.  In her professional career, she has worked on site selection and incentive negotiation assignments worldwide in industries from biotech and energy to manufacturing and telecommunications, completing successful site selection assignments for clients including Citibank, Hitachi, Assurant, Kodak and Home Depot.

Prior to joining GLS, Ms. Moore has served in financial planning and analysis roles with IBM’s Global Technology Services Group, KPMG, Fluor Daniel Consulting, PriceWaterhouse Consulting and Commerzbank AG in the Ukraine.  She will focus on analysis of capital investment alternatives, financial and operational metrics, and identifying efficiency and productivity improvement opportunities for clients.

Certified as an ISO9000 Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor, Ms. Nodine is a native of Columbus, Georgia, and holds an Associate of Science degree from Greenville Technical College.  Prior to joining GLS, Ms. Nodine had held a variety of administrative and office management roles in both industrial and healthcare environments, most recently as Executive Administrative Assistant supporting Fluor Corporation's Executive Director and General Manager of Facility Management.  A member of the Institute of Supply Management, she will provide administrative, communications and marketing support services to all members of the GLS team.

“We recognize that people and ideas are the very foundation of business success today, and we are pleased to bring these three bright, talented associates onto the Global Location Strategies team,” said John Sisson, principal with GLS.

With skills honed from decades of leadership in the worldwide location services division of a major construction and engineering firm, followed by successful individual consultancies serving clients around the globe, GLS provides comprehensive site selection, incentive negotiation, real estate, and economic development consulting services to clients – along with the ability to tap the additional talents of world-class engineers, technical experts and project developers to benefit their clients.

Past clients served by firm principals include Kuwait Petroleum, Conoco, Caterpillar, Navistar, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Schering AG, and First Quality Enterprises.

In addition to core site selection and incentive negotiation services, the GLS team assists clients with real estate needs, and provides economic development consulting services to state and regional organizations interested in attracting and retaining capital investment and jobs in today's uncertain economic climate.
