New Appointment of Commercial Property Lawyer for Latimer Hinks (Darlington)

July 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Latimer Hinks welcomed Michael Shuker to the firm following ten years with Watson Burton, where he was most recently a member of the commercial property and real estate team.

His experience in the sector includes concluding lease and sale deals for and of businesses – including PLCs – in the UK and overseas, securing multi-million pound development funding, wind farm projects and retail work.

 A former University of Northumbria student, Michael originally hails from Ellesmere Port, in Cheshire.

The Commercial Property Department at Latimer Hinks is led by a team of three Partners, Tim Haggie, Neil Stevenson and Nicola Neilson, each with proven track records in the field.
