Teens and Parents Prefer Waking Up Naturally With BioBrite's SunRise Alarm Clock
It's almost back to school time! High school and college students require a lot of sleep, and prefer waking naturally, refreshed and ready to learn with light by using BioBrite's SunRise Alarm Clocks.

Winter morning wake-ups are often especially difficult for teenagers. Many teens and parents suffer through daily battles about getting out of bed in time for school. Typically parents say:
“I have to wake my child three or four times every morning to get them up for school. And yelling at my kids to get out of bed isn’t a great way to start the day — for me or for them!”
New research has confirmed that teenagers have a hard time getting up because, in addition to other stressful changes, they are experiencing a change in circadian rhythms. That means that they aren’t lazy; they just require more sleep than older people do.
An independent medical college in Philadelphia conducted a study to see if the SunRise Clock could benefit teenage students. The subject group, ranging in age from 12 to 16 years, put away their clock radios and used the SunRise Alarm Clock™ as their sole awakening device. At the completion of the study, both the students and their parents indicated that they experienced fewer problems when the teenagers were awakened by the SunRise Alarm Clock™. In fact, more than 90% of both the students and their parents found it easier for the students to wake up using the SunRise Alarm Clock™, and preferred it over other methods of awakening.
BioBrite has several clock models available for all needs, preferences and budgets.
