Ryan Gast Joins Present Value Properties as Associate Broker

Fisher, President of Present Value Properties, Inc., a full service retail real estate brokerage and consulting firm headquartered in Tustin, Calif., announced today that Ryan Gast has joined Present Value Properties as Associate Broker. He will be responsible for managing and sourcing new retailer and landlord representation assignments. Present Value Properties exclusively represents a variety of chain retailers throughout Southern California including Gold Max, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Southern Pizza Hut, and Payless ShoeSource. The firm currently has 650,000 square feet of retail space listed throughout Southern California

Gast previously served as a a Leasing Specialist for Red Mountain Group in Santa Ana, Calif., a prominent developer/owner in California and Arizona, where he was responsible for the procurement of new tenants for the company’s portfolio of properties in Southern California. Gast also worked as an independent contractor and assisted with leasing efforts and special projects for his family’s business, Gast Retail Company, headquartered in Santa Ana, which is headed by his father Tom Gast, a former supermarket real estate executive and current principal of the firm. His work history also includes seven years with Kemper Sports in food service and event catering where he capitalized on networking opportunities and contacts through local businesses and rotary groups. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a graduate of California State University at Fullerton where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. He also holds a California real estate salesperson license.
