- West Plains, MO Mayor, Joe Paul Evans signs Proclamation commemorating 2011 Antique Tractor Preservation Day
Missouri Governor Jeremiah W. (Jay) Nixon was the first to proclaim commemoration of ANTIQUE TRACTOR PRESERVATION DAY on September 23. Governor Nixon has designated this day for a second consecutive year. U.S. Representative Jo Ann Emerson (MO-08) also recently issued a statement into the Congressional Record.

- Efforts ongoing to recognize Antique Tractor Preservation Day as a National Day of Ag History Education
Communications continue to be sent to THE WHITE HOUSE  in hope of making ANTIQUE TRACTOR PRESERVATION DAY an official 'National Day'. Designation would serve to support and educate about our rich agricultural history, as well as remind that antique tractors and farm machinery serve as a key part of our Nation’s agricultural heritage.

- Pictorial Postmark in development commemorating Antique Tractor Preservation Day
An Application and artwork for a Pictorial Postmark commemorating ANTIQUE TRACTOR PRESERVATION DAY, September 23, 2011 has been submitted to the United States Postal Service in follow-up to an April 11, 2011 letter received from the acting Manager of Stamp Development, Washington, DC. The proposed Pictorial Postmark design is awaiting official USPS approval, for offer on September 23, 2011 in West Plains, MO.
