A.B. Data, Ltd. Promotes Jodi Long to Claims Operations Manager

July 22, 2011 - PRLog -- MILWAUKEE— Bruce Arbit, Co-Managing Director of A.B. Data, Ltd. (“A.B. Data”), announced today the promotion of Jodi Long to Claims Operations Manager in A.B. Data’s Class Action Administration Division.  Starting as a Claims Administrator with A.B. Data in 2004, Ms. Long rose to a number of supervisory positions before realizing her current role as Claims Operations Manager. “Promoting Ms. Long, who displays unwavering dedication to her job on a daily basis, is part of A.B. Data’s ongoing commitment to deliver an impeccable work product and exemplary service to our clients.”

Since joining A.B. Data, Ms. Long has developed specialized knowledge and gained extensive experience administering class action cases, including securities, consumer, wage and hour, antitrust, ERISA, product liability, and insurance-related matters.  In her new role, Ms. Long will be responsible for managing all operations and staff associated with claims administration.

“Ms. Long’s vast knowledge of A.B. Data and the class action administration industry will serve her well as she continues in her new role and will be invaluable to A.B. Data as we continue to expand,” said Anya Verkhovskaya, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining A.B. Data, Ms. Long was a Sales and Operations Manager at TCF National Bank in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she was responsible for, among other things, developing and meeting sales goals for three of the bank’s largest branches, compliance with applicable federal laws and regulations, and creating and executing customer service training materials for all branches.  

In 2005, Ms. Long received a BA in Communication, with a minor in Graphic Communication, from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.  In 2007, she was awarded the Leadership for Group Leaders Certificate from the MRA Institute of Management.  Ms. Long is an active member of the Young Professionals of Milwaukee, a group dedicated to professional networking.
