Alexia’s Bridal Boutique Moves to Downtown Raleigh’s WEST

July 20, 2011 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, NC – NAI Carolantic Realty has announced that Shane Bull, Director of the firm’s Retail Services Division, recently represented WEST in downtown Raleigh’s Glenwood South district to broker a 4,500 square foot space for Alexia’s Bridal Boutique.  The boutique will be located at 400 W. North Street in Raleigh and is expected to open fall 2011.  Larry Lakins of Colliers International represented the tenant.

Alexia's Bridal Boutique (www.alexiasbridal.com) has been catering to brides looking for couture, fashion-forward gowns in a high-service environment throughout the Triangle and Southeast since 2003.  In 2008, Alexia’s Bridal Boutique owners Alexia and Michael Joyce purchased a property on the National Register of Historic Homes in downtown Cary at 302 S. Academy Street and later opened a second bridal salon—Lana Addison Bridal—that provides brides with quality gowns and the same high-service that Alexia's is known for at a more moderate price point.  With a permanent footprint now in Cary, the Joyce’s felt that it was the right time to look for a property in downtown Raleigh.  

“After over a year of searching for properties in the Fayetteville Street, Cameron Village, and Glenwood South areas, Alexia and I made the decision that the WEST building was the perfect location for the new salon,” says Michael Joyce.  Alexia's Bridal Boutique will be occupying the premium corner retail commercial unit at West and North Streets.  The salon will be modern, fresh, and will provide discerning customers with bridal gowns, bridesmaid's dresses, evening wear, social attire, and accessories from the most sought after designers.
