July 20, 2011 - PRLog -- COLUMBUS, OH - July 19, 2011: Corporate Finance Associates is pleased to announce that Robert (Bob) St. Germain has become a Principal in its Columbus, Ohio office.  Bob, together with Founder and Principal Chuck Washbush, provides investment banking services to Midwestern based middle-market businesses from the Columbus office.
 
“Bob has over fifteen years of professional M&A experience and brings the detail orientation, knowledge, and energy required from an investment banker” stated Chuck Washbush.   “Bob is also a Certified Business Intermediary and holds his Series 24, Series 7, Series 79, and Series 63 securities licenses.

Mr. St. Germain began his career in the U.S Army.  Commissioned upon graduation from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point as an Infantry officer before transferring to Special Forces, he served as a paratrooper in command and staff positions within the 82nd Airborne Division, VII Corps, and 11th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in both the U.S. and Europe.

After earning his MBA from Harvard University, Bob entered the corporate sector and, over a two decades plus career, developed a broad business background via roles in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Strategic Planning at Polaroid, Grumman, Northrop Grumman, Holophane, and NSI, Inc.  During his career, Bob has been responsible for business development in Europe, Latin America, and Japan.
