Imaginet and BlueCat Networks Sponsor World IPv6 Day and IPv6 Training in the Philippines

July 19, 2011 - PRLog -- July 2011, Makati, Philippines --- Imaginet International Inc, the leading systems integrator and managed network hosting and content security services provider in the Philippines, sponsored World IPv6 Day on June 8, 2011 and the IPv6 Training program in the Philippines on June 9-10, 2011 at the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) Building.

The World IPv6 Day event aimed to promote IPv6 adoption in the Philippines as well as prepare Philippines organizations, especially government, with proper technical knowledge on migration and deployment of the new Internet protocol. The celebration of IPv6 readiness will also convene the Philippine Internet Community to strengthen the advocacy of IPv6 migration as their role coincides with the government’s promotion of IPv6 through Executive Order 839.
