TrackMyFile Announces Organization Changes In 2011

SANTA ANA, CALIF. – TrackMyFile, a nationwide software developer specializing in transaction management and digital document storage, today announced key management changes in its Headquarters office in Southern Calif., effective immediately.

Hank Salerno has been named the General Manager of TrackMyFile.  Since 2009, Salerno has been the Manager of Financial Processing Systems, a software developer of Escrow Closing systems.  Salerno will continue this role in addition to assuming the new position with TrackMyFile. Prior to returning from retirement to manage Financial Processing Systems, Salerno served as Senior Vice President of software development for FPS.  He has served in management for FPS for the past 25 years.

Christine Jacobsen was named Acting Product Manager and Sales Director.  She is responsible for product planning throughout product lifecycle, product and customer satisfaction, product development, sales, marketing and support.  Jacobsen is responsible for all product demonstrations, marketing, new client procurement and existing client retention, training and ongoing support, including identifying and implementing re-engineering solutions.

Hank is looking forward to putting renewed effort into TrackMyFile with the objective of making it “the best Transaction tracking software on the market”.  He and Christine Jacobsen, who has been with TrackMyFile for the past seven years, have many new software design and more competitive product pricing updates planned in 2011.
