July 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Darragh MacAnthony's Sports Days provides opportunities for people old and young to experience sport.

The essence of sport is that it belongs to everyone. It is both educational and healthy for the body and mind. However some never get the opportunity to experience a sport they love, or think they might love. This is the idea behind Darragh’s Sports Day concept.

Each free Sports Day gives a group of people the fortunate opportunity to spend a day with instructors, learn, excercise, meet new people, have fun and perhaps get involved in an activity they have never tried before. There are no restrictions as to who requests to join us, you can even nominate a friend.
