Ambac Seeks Court Approval of Plan Solicitation Procedures

July 14, 2011 - PRLog -- FAIRLESS HILLS, Pa. -- Ambac Financial Group is seeking bankruptcy court approval of the adequacy of the disclosure statement explaining its plan of reorganization.

The company is also seeking approval of uniform procedures to be implemented in the solicitation of plan votes.

Hearing on the matter is scheduled for August 12.
