BusinessBroker.net now has several different ways that people can easily stay updated on new business for sale listings that hit the market.   BBN now offers a free Listings-By-E-Mail service that allows prospective business buyers to establish their own personal search agents.  The prospective buyer simply provides certain key criteria for the types of businesses they are searching for – for example:  price range, type of business, location.  Once established, their search agent will e-mail them anytime a business hits the market that matches their search criteria.     As an alternative to receiving e-mails, BBN now offers RSS Feeds of new listings by State – this feature allows shoppers to quickly and easily review new listings in their State or any State of their choosing as they become available via their favorite RSS reader.    Links to both of these great services are available on the top right of BusinessBroker.net’s homepage.  BusinessBroker.net adds 100-200+ new businesses for sale daily, so the inventory is constantly updated and refreshed.    

Featured Listings for Brokers.    
For its broker members, BBN now offers Featured Listings.  Business brokers can now feature their businesses for sale to give them extra exposure and help promote them.   Featured listings always appear at the top of all search results and are highlighted to standout.    In addition, featured listings also appear on the homepage – in rotation with other featured listings.   The featured status gives brokers a great opportunity to promote their preferred listings and attract more interested buyers.

Geo-Targeting.  
BBN rolled out a new geo-targeted homepage – this feature customizes the homepage depending on the user’s location.   This new feature provides the users relevant content based on their State.   Matt Maxwell, General Manager, stated – “this is a cool feature that allows us to better showcase our business brokers and featured listings to a very relevant audience of visitors – for example, if I live in Vermont, then I will see Vermont featured listings and Vermont based brokers on the homepage – making my experience much more meaningful.”
