Placefocus announces Urban design and Placemaking Book launch

We have been busy preparing for our official launch in the next month or so, which will include:

A second edition of the Urban Design and Placemaking Manual. At over 140 pages this manual covers the theory, principles and processes of urban design and placemaking and the tools and techniques to enable practical application. This will be available for purchase on-line.
An eight week online unit Introduction to Urban Design and Placemaking, including the manual, online seminars and mentoring.
E-workbooks and e-learning on the modules of Urban Design and Placemaking.

Expert interviews - more interviews with people working and living urban design and placemaking.

We will be prototyping the e-learning courses over the next few weeks with plans to launch in August.
