Paulo Ferreira named International Correspondent for PMForum in Brazil
Brazilian Project Management leader joins PMForum’s Global Correspondents Network in Sao Paulo to provide more project management news coverage from Brazil
Paulo Ferreira, PMP is an independent lecturer and consultant in Project, Program and Portfolio Management. Immediate past President of the Sao Paulo, Brazil PMI chapter, he is PMP certified since 1999, an active PMI member and co-founder of the São Paulo PMI Chapter. He is currently actively supporting the development and integration of communities of project management in Brazil with the National Integration of PMI chapters throughout the country.
Paulo is also certified in PRINCE2, the British Methodology developed for companies that is supported by content and templates. Paulo worked on the Portuguese language translation and verification of PMI’s PMBOK® Guide, 4th Edition, and PMI’s Portfolio Management Standard, 2nd edition.
Paulo Ferreira is a senior project management specialist and project manager with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical and IT industries. He has been responsible for projects of more than USD 15 MM in different organizations and fields. He worked in projects of PMO (Project Management Office) and Methodology of Project Management. Paulo graduated in Systems Analysis and worked more than 15 years on projects of Information Technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, energy and banking.
