Allpets Emporium to Celebrate Grand Opening July 15th

July 12, 2011 - PRLog -- July 12, 2011 – PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – Allpets Emporium will celebrate its Grand Opening on Friday, July 15th in Pembroke Pines, Florida.  The 25,000 square-foot full-line pet supply store will carry dog, cat, small animal, reptile, bird, equine, and aquatic supplies, and offer pet grooming services as well.
The store features a stunning 3,000-gallon predator aquarium, which contains multiple species of sharks and eels.  A Shark Feeding Frenzy show will be conducted at the store every Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
The store will strongly emphasize its dog and cat food presentation, offering large varieties and many premium brands.  The aquarium hobby will also be highlighted, with the aquatics section occupying almost one-quarter of the location’s square footage.  The store will of carry a wide array of live saltwater and freshwater fish.
“We want to combine the price and product selection advantages of a big box retail store with the warm, cozy feel of a neighborhood pet store,” said Scott Nash, Chief Executive Officer of the store’s holding company.
Other store features include a large, state-of-the-art video wall, as well as an entire wall containing over 12,000 gallons of live tropical fish displays.
“We created what we think is a pleasant and exciting shopping experience.  The store has neat, well-stocked shelves with wide aisles for easy navigation, along with an air of excitement from the large shark aquarium,” said Steve Berlin, Chief Operating Officer.
Radio Disney will broadcast from the store at another Grand Opening event on Saturday, July 16th.  The event will feature pet contests, free balloons, and other giveaways.  A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be hosted by the Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce and the City of Pembroke Pines at noon.  
Allpets Emporium is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  A second Allpets Emporium retail location in Davie, Florida, is slated to open in October 2011.
