July 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Auspit Outdoor Rotisseries returns to the “Greatest RV Event in the World”, the 2011 Good Sam Rally 2011 in Redmond, Oregon.  In addition to having a display area (Booth 635), Auspit will be a part of the educational seminars, offering an engaging talk on how to “Take your campfire cooking to the next level”. Seminar: Take Your Campfire Cooking to the Next Level!
Speaker: Jonny Rotisserie
Time:       Sunday July 17th 3 pm – 4:30 pm
Location: North Sister Haystack/Odell

RV enthusiasts come to “the Rally” reunite with old friends and make new ones while finding new ways to enhance their RV experience. Seminars and entertainment like singer Vince Gill are all part of the fun. (http://www.therally.com/)  Jonny Rotisserie’s lecture will include:
•   Wood and charcoal selection for the best flavors and optimal cooking performance
•   Equipment for cooking over campfires
•   Techniques for food preparation and storage, including tips on trussing chickens and ways to make the best use of a cooler
•   Rubs, Marinades and Recipes for easy, yet delicious outdoor meals

Auspit (http://www.AuspitBBQ.com) is a perfect fit for the Rally 2011 because RVers love the deliciously fun enjoyment that Auspit rotisseries can bring to their camping activities.  The Auspit rotisserie cooks meats, fish and veggies right over the campfire, fire pit or over the Auspit FireTrough.  Rotisserie cooking up to 18 pounds of chicken, pork tenderloin or prime rib at a time, Auspit can feed many hungry mouths.  Auspit is cordless, running off two D-Sized batteries for up to 90 hours, so there is no need to worry about where to plug it in. With the basic kits weighing only 11 pounds and fitting into a compact carrying case, Auspit can fit into any RV.

A campfire is a magical experience all to itself, and when you upgrade that fire by adding rotating meats—with their juices turning around and the irresistible smells—it becomes the hypnotic “Auspit Experience”. Amidst perhaps a few adult beverages being consumed, the upcoming meal becomes the center of good times and good conversation.  For RV enthusiasts, Auspit gives them a great reason to get out of the cramped RV kitchen and into the outdoors, spending time with friends and family while the motor and the fire do the work.

Auspit Rotisseries was picked by HGTV last year as one of the “Top 10 Products of the Year” on their popular “RV 2010” show. Purchasing an Auspit at a show such as “the Rally” allows customers to not only see and experience Auspit and its accessories in person. Additionally, there is the opportunity to save money since there is no shipping and handling added when making purchases in person.

Exhibit days and hours:
Thursday, July 14th             10:00am to 5:00 pm
Friday, July 15th to Sunday, July 17th      9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Subsequent events Auspit will be participating in include the unforgettable “Deerassic Park” mega-event in Cambridge, OH August 5-6.  http://www.deerassic.com, the FMCA (Family Motor Coach Association) RV Rally the Madison, WI August 10-13 and the Texas State Fair (www.bigtex.com) Sept 30-Oct 23.
